"Terror tots are coming again"

Films: The Children (2008)

Alias: Various, notably Miranda, Paulie, Nicky, and Leah

Type: Mutant

Location: Civilized Area

Height/Weight: That of average human children.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: How many times are we going to have to endure films that want us to be scared of little kids?! Granted, humans are inherently scary no matter what the age, but at some point, maybe there comes a point where you just have to admit you don't like children that much if you watch these often.

History: This year’s New Year's Eve celebration is about to get bloody. Out of nowhere, the children of a small town have become infected with a strange virus that at first just causes sickness and vomiting. Then the children become distant and prone to fits. Then people start dying. Yup. A random virus has turned many children into little serial killers.

Notable Kills: Getting someone's head mangled by a rake, performing a ghastly ritual on someone that ends with a doll jutting out of his chest, and impaling someone's eye with a crayon.

Final Fate: Many children, but mostly adults, are killed in the ensuing chaos following this infection. But while there are survivors, it is shown that even teenagers might be getting infected, and won't stay in the town for long...

Powers/Abilities: None.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 4-They're children, so of course it's...wait, no, it's astounding how violent these kids are. In fact, these might be some of the most violent killer kids we've seen in a movie. Heaven help us if an adult rage virus got into the air-oh wait, they've made several movies about that too...they grow up so fast!

Trivia: -In 2009, this film was nominated for the Fright Meter Award for Best Horror Movie.

-This film was also known simply as "The Day".

The pecking order just got reversed!

The harsh truth is...good luck freezing to death.
Behind the banana veil...no, that's not scary.

Kids these days. Never getting outside out of bed.
Soon as they get past this glass I erected. Have fun at eternally trying to smash this!

Most disturbing Toy Story sequel ever.

With any luck, the wolves will get notice of the random morsels standing around.
